At Techplus Super Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process for eligible items. Please review our return policy below to understand the terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received (including all accessories, manuals, and documentation).
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation number is required.
  • Eligible Products: Most items, including electronics, computer accessories, toners, and audio devices, are eligible for return unless marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened software, downloadable content, or digital products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team at support@techplustores.com or through the "Contact Us" page on our website. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided within 14 days of receiving the RMA.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.
  5. Refund or Exchange: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose a store credit or exchange for another item.

Refunds

  • Refund Amount: Refunds will cover the full purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or other error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item for a different product, please indicate this when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the new item is more expensive, you will be responsible for the price difference. If less expensive, we will issue a refund for the difference.

International Returns

For customers outside Uganda, please contact our customer service team for specific instructions. Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
